How long is a session?

Sessions last for 60 minutes.

What is the fee?

Initial 30 minute consultations are free of charge, meeting remotely via video call or face to face. The fee is £60 per in person session, remote video or telephone sessions. I do take into account financial circumstances and have a limited number of low cost spaces.

I am Bupa health insurance accredited, recognition number 30048593. I also work for AXA and AVIVA health insurance companies.

How long does therapy last for?

Therapy can be short term or long term depending on what you want to work on. This can be negotiated as we progress, and a review of the therapy is built into the sessions, typically every 6.

How do I know that you work safely

I work to the National Counselling Society code of ethics, of which I am a registered member.
