About Me
I offer a confidential, safe space to work through difficulties, to feel heard, seen and valued.
My Experience
I am a warm and responsive therapist, offering quality psychotherapy and counselling from the heart.
I understand the vulnerability that presents itself when engaging in therapy, and I understand how it is to be a client.
Because of this, my aim is to create the safest, personalised space for difficulties to be explored in, collaboratively.
I have a wealth of experience within the NHS, my background is in Health and Social care, and I have worked with many groups of diverse people in both medical and mental health hospitals.
I have worked as a therapist for local NHS services and as a NHS staff counsellor.
Life experience has broadened my capacity to relate and respond to people, and meet you as you are now without fear of judgment.
