About Me
I offer a confidential, contained relationship to work through difficulties, to feel heard, seen and valued.

What can you expect from me?

I am a therapist, a partner, a cat lover, a vegetarian, a swimmer, a truth seeker, a question asker, a pun thinker, a mushroom admirer, and I am interested in Buddhism.
The therapeutic relationship is sacred, as it is typically not like another in life.
You can expect me to show up as a human who has your best interests at heart, and who upholds the boundaries of what a healthy and open relationship is.
This is different to friendship because the focus is on you and your needs, and how within the therapeutic relationship these can be identified and worked through. There is no bias.
We might think of our relationship as a container to hold the material of the stories you have carried with you, and a lens from which to look at them together.
